How to Use Your
Vuelve Smart Tag

Your Vuelve Smart Tag is ready to protect your pet in just a few simple steps. Follow this guide to set up your tag and keep your pet’s profile always up to date.

Step 1

Activate Your Tag

Receive Your Tag

Your Vuelve Smart Tag arrives with a unique QR code and NFC chip already engraved. Each tag has a one-of-a-kind activation code linked exclusively to you.

Scan the QR Code or Tap with NFC

Open your phone camera and point it at the QR code on your tag — no app needed. Or if your phone supports NFC, simply tap the tag with the back of your phone.

Tip: Android users can tap the tag directly. iPhone users (XS and newer) can also tap — or simply use the camera to scan the QR code.

You Will Be Redirected Automatically

The scan will open vuelveid.com automatically. If this is the first time scanning, you will be prompted to create an account or log in to register your pet.

Step 2

Create Your Account

Register or Log In

If you do not have an account, click “Register” and fill in your name, email address, and a secure password. If you already have an account, simply log in.

Important: Use an email address you have permanent access to. This email is your key to managing your pet’s profile. Keep your password safe — Vuelve does not store it.

Verify Your Email

After registering, check your email inbox for a verification message from Vuelve. Click the link to confirm your account. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.

Step 3

Register Your Pet

Fill in Your Pet’s Information

Once logged in, you will be taken to the pet registration form. Fill in the following information:

Pet Name
Breed
Age & Weight
Allergies
Photo
Veterinarian
Owner Name
Phone / WhatsApp

Remember: Your pet’s name, photo, allergies, owner name, and phone number will be publicly visible when anyone scans the tag. Only share information you are comfortable making public.

Accept the Terms and Submit

Check the consent box to confirm you agree with Vuelve’s privacy policy and terms of service. Then click “Register” to save your pet’s profile.

Done! Your pet’s profile is now live. Anyone who scans your tag will instantly see your pet’s information and be able to contact you.

Manage Your Pet’s Profile

Access Your Dashboard

Log in to your account at vuelveid.com/my-account to view and manage all your registered pets, orders, and account details from one place.

Edit Your Pet’s Information

From your dashboard, click “Mis Mascotas” → find your pet → click “Edit”. You can update any information at any time — photo, phone number, description, allergies, and more.

Tip: Keep your phone number updated. This is the most important piece of information — it is how someone will reach you if they find your pet.

Manage Vaccines

Add Your Pet’s Vaccines

From your dashboard, click “Mis Mascotas” → find your pet → click “Vaccines”. Fill in the vaccine name, date applied, and next dose date.

Track Vaccine Status

Each vaccine will show a status badge on your pet’s public profile:

Tip: Keeping vaccines up to date on your profile shows whoever finds your pet that they are healthy and well cared for.

What People See When They Scan Your Tag

When someone scans your tag, they will see your pet’s complete profile including photo, name, breed, description, allergies, and your contact information. They can call you or send a WhatsApp message directly from the page — no app needed.

No account needed to scan. Anyone with a phone can scan your tag and see your pet’s profile instantly — even without a Vuelve account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Vuelve a GPS tracker?

No. Vuelve is a smart identification tag. It does not track your pet’s location in real time. It works by allowing anyone who finds your pet to scan the tag and see your contact information instantly.

What if I lose my password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address. If you no longer have access to your email, you will need to delete your account and create a new one.

Can I register more than one pet?

Yes. Each pet requires its own Vuelve tag. Each tag has a unique code that links to one pet profile. You can manage all your pets from the same account dashboard.

What happens if someone scans my tag but my pet is already home?

Nothing happens automatically. The person who scans the tag simply sees your pet’s profile. No notification is sent to you unless they choose to contact you directly.

Is my personal information safe?

Your email address is always private and never shown publicly. Only the information you choose to add to your pet’s profile — such as your name and phone number — will be visible when the tag is scanned. You are in full control of what you share.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to My Account → “Delete Account”. This will permanently delete your account and all your pet profiles. This action cannot be undone.

What if my tag gets damaged?

Vuelve offers a 30-day warranty on manufacturing defects. If your tag arrives with a defective QR code or NFC chip, contact us at info@vuelveid.com with a photo and your order number within 30 days for a free replacement.
