Refund and Returns Policy

Each Vuelve Smart Tag is individually manufactured using high-quality polymer materials and personalized specifically for each order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy in its entirety.

1. No Returns on Personalized Products

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Since each Smart Tag is custom-made to order, Vuelve does not accept returns for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Errors in pet name or information provided by the customer
  • Dissatisfaction with color, size, or appearance consistent with product description
  • Purchasing the wrong product

2. Cancellations

Order cancellations are only permitted if the product has not yet entered the manufacturing process. Once production begins, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstance.

To request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately at info@vuelveid.com with your order number.

Vuelve reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether an order has entered production at the time of the cancellation request.

3. Defective Products — Replacement Only

If your product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect — specifically NFC chip failure or incorrect QR code printing — Vuelve will provide a free replacement product. No cash refunds will be issued for defective products; the sole remedy is replacement.

Defect Claim Requirements:

  1. Send a clear photo of the defective product to info@vuelveid.com
  2. Include your order number and a description of the defect
  3. Submit the claim within the first 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery
  4. Vuelve reserves the right to evaluate, approve, or deny any claim at its sole discretion
  5. Approved replacements will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days of approval

4. Warranty Exclusions

The 30-day warranty and replacement policy expressly does NOT apply to:

  • Damage from bites, chewing, or any animal behavior
  • Scratches, breaks, or damage from extreme or improper use
  • Loss or theft of the tag
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Water damage beyond incidental exposure
  • Products that have been modified, altered, or tampered with
  • Claims submitted after 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery
  • Damage caused by improper attachment to collar

5. Refunds

Cash refunds are only issued in the following specific circumstances:

  • Order successfully cancelled before production begins
  • At Vuelve’s sole discretion for exceptional circumstances

When a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are final sale and are not eligible for refund under any circumstance.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app
  2. Contact your credit card company — posting may take additional time
  3. Contact your bank directly
  4. If you have completed all steps above and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@vuelveid.com

7. Shipping Policy

Origin: All orders are processed and shipped from Cidra, Puerto Rico.

Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days before shipping. Processing time begins after order confirmation and payment clearance.

Shipping Method: USPS Ground Advantage exclusively. Vuelve reserves the right to use an alternative carrier if necessary.

Delivery Times: Estimated 2 to 5 business days within Puerto Rico and the United States after shipment. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout. Every order is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure your tag arrives in perfect condition.

Disclaimer: Vuelve is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, USPS operational issues, customs, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
