Private Data: Your email address will remain strictly private and will be used exclusively for account management and identity validation. It will never be displayed publicly, sold, rented, or shared with third parties for any commercial purpose.

We use your data exclusively for the following purposes:

• Display your pet’s profile when the Smart Tag is scanned
• Send order confirmations and tag activation codes
• Manage your account and pet profiles
• Process payments through Stripe and ATH Movil
• Generate and print shipping labels through Pirateship
• Send service-related communications

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active on our platform.

Permanent Deletion: When you delete your account, all personal information is removed from our active servers immediately and permanently. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone under any circumstance.

When you log in, we set cookies to save your login information and preferences. Login cookies last for two days.

If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks.

When you log out, all login cookies will be removed from your browser immediately.

Stripe: We use Stripe to process credit and debit card payments. Your payment information is handled directly and securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Vuelve is not responsible for Stripe’s data practices. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy

ATH Movil: We accept ATH Movil as a payment method for customers in Puerto Rico. Transactions processed through ATH Movil are subject to their own terms and privacy policy. Vuelve is not responsible for ATH Movil’s data practices. Their privacy policy is available at athmovil.com

Pirateship: We use Pirateship to generate and print shipping labels for your orders. To fulfill your order, your name and shipping address are shared with Pirateship and USPS. Pirateship’s privacy policy is available at pirateship.com/privacy
