By purchasing or using any Vuelve product or service, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service or purchase our products.
1. Service Identification
This service is operated by Vuelve, a business based in Cidra, Puerto Rico, United States. Official contact for support: info@vuelveid.com
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Vuelve and the user. Your continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Nature of the Service — Important Disclaimer
Vuelve provides a pet identification platform through QR codes and NFC technology embedded in a physical Smart Tag. By purchasing and using this service, the user expressly, knowingly, and voluntarily acknowledges and agrees that:
THIS SERVICE IS NOT A GPS TRACKER.
Vuelve does not track, locate, monitor, or record the real-time or historical position of any pet or person at any time under any circumstance.
The effectiveness of this service depends entirely and exclusively on a third party voluntarily choosing to scan the Smart Tag. Vuelve makes no guarantee, express or implied, that:
- Any third party will scan the tag
- A lost pet will be found or returned to its owner
- The service will result in any specific outcome
- The service will be available without interruption at all times
3. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VUELVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- The loss, injury, illness, death, or any harm to any pet, regardless of cause
- Any failure to locate or recover a lost pet
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any damages arising from the use or inability to use this service
- Any actions or inactions of any third party who finds, scans, or interacts with a pet’s tag
- Any technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the service
- Any unauthorized access to a user’s account or pet profile
- Any consequences arising from outdated or incorrect information provided by the user
In all cases, Vuelve’s maximum total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid by the user for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
4. User Responsibilities
Account Security: The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials at all times.
Password Recovery: If you lose access to your account, you may reset your password using the “Forgot Password” option on the login page. A recovery link will be sent to your registered email address at no cost.
Lost Email Access: If you no longer have access to your registered email address, Vuelve cannot verify your identity and the only available option is to delete the existing profile and create a new registration. Vuelve bears no responsibility for any inconvenience, data loss, or any other consequence resulting from loss of access to the registered email account.
Accurate Information: The user is solely responsible for ensuring all pet and contact information is accurate, complete, and up to date. Vuelve is not liable for any failed contacts, missed reunions, or any other outcome due to outdated or incorrect user-provided information.
Appropriate Use: The user agrees to use this service only for its intended purpose of pet identification. Any misuse, fraudulent use, or use that violates applicable laws is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Warranty
A limited 30-day warranty is offered on the physical Smart Tag for manufacturing defects only, including NFC chip failure or incorrect QR code printing verified by Vuelve.
Warranty Claim Process:
- Contact info@vuelveid.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide clear photo evidence of the defect and your order number
- Vuelve reserves the right to evaluate and approve or deny warranty claims at its sole discretion
- Approved replacements will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days
This warranty expressly and exclusively does NOT cover:
- Damage from bites, chewing, or any animal behavior
- Scratches, breaks, or damage from extreme or improper use
- Loss of the tag for any reason
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Water damage beyond normal exposure
- Claims submitted after 30 days of confirmed delivery
- Products that have been modified or tampered with
6. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Stripe — Credit and debit cards
- ATH Movil — Available for customers in Puerto Rico
All transactions are processed securely by third-party payment processors. Vuelve does not store any payment information on its servers and is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment processing.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on vuelveid.com including but not limited to logos, images, text, design, and software is the exclusive intellectual property of Vuelve. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content without prior written consent from Vuelve is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Service Availability
Vuelve reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice. Vuelve shall not be liable to the user or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
Vuelve reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
10. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
Any legal dispute related to this service shall be resolved exclusively under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The user expressly waives any right to a jury trial and agrees to resolve any disputes individually and not as part of any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
Before initiating any legal action, the user agrees to first contact Vuelve at info@vuelveid.com and allow 30 days for resolution.
